Futcart - Return Policy
Defective/Wrong Products can be returned within 07(Seven) Working Days from the date of delivery. However, please refer to the below given applicable terms & conditions impacting & applicable on returns:
- The product should be unused.
- The product may be used only to check the fit and comfort. But make sure that any smell or body odor is not transferred to the product.
- Product should be unwashed.
- Price tags, brand tags, and all original packaging must remain intact & present on the product intended to be returned.
- In case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size/s (size other than that ordered) or wrong product or incomplete product, please share with us the picture/s of the product at the email ID info@futcart.com and the replacement will be made only after receiving back the product/s at our dispatch center/office.
- Futcart will ensure the reverse pick up services/facilities. And the same will be provided the logistic company/agency through which the products were delivered/supplied at your shop or your area.
- Please Keep your purchase invoice ready and available at the time of return and settlement.
- After receipt of orders at the company’s dispatch center/office. The credit notes will be raisedwithin 2-4 days and the amount (as per credit note) will be settled in very next order.
- The returns must be duly approved in advance by the company.
- Only three (3) pick up attempts will be made to collect the return items.

What If I Receive A Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product?
We do perform “Quality Check” on all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, wrong product, an incomplete order or wrong size product (size other than that ordered), simply get in touch with us within 24 hours with product pictures at info@futcart.com and we will replace the product.
How Do I Return An Item?
Mail us at our email ID info@futcart.com and inform us about the return or exchange/s that needs to take place. Mention the Order Number, Registered Contact Number and Reason of Return.
A reverse pick-up will be arranged by our logistics/courier partners depending upon your pin-code.Please note, we shall make three pick up attempts to collect the return parcel.
Once received, the return/exchange product goes through a quality check.
Please allow 2-4 days for the processing of returns/exchanges.
Make sure that the below given address is clearly printed or written on your returns parcel with the order ID in both the cases of self – shipping or pick up option.

What If Returned Product Couldn’t Pass The Quality Check?
Futcart has an authority to send the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality check. Before sending product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/Call.
