Your transaction is processed on our website through secure gateways that are handled by reputed banks. So, it’s quite secure to transact at Futcart Portal. 

Futcart, delivers its most of the orders within four – five (4-5) days of the order placement. Your order/s may only get delayed due to certain unforeseen circumstances, such as any embargo, emergency conditions & natural disaster including any other unforeseen circumstances. 

Futcart, provides you with a track checker in which you can put your Order Number or Waybill Number to check the delivery status of your order.

No, you cannot. The packaging of the orders can only be opened after making full payments, in case of COD. In case you are not satisfied with the product after checking the package, you can initiate return or replacement.

Order once placed on the website can easily be canceled as well. For creating cancellation request of your order online, click the cancel link which is in the My Account session. Only the registered user of the Futcart can cancel their orders.

Order cancellation is also subjected to the delivery status of the product.

If you have not liked the package after receiving the order or any other reason, you can place the replacement request. Check our Refund policies page for more details. No cash refund, we can only exchange the product with different product according to the availability and/or issue credit vouchers,  accordingly.

No, it is not mandatory to register yourself on the Website; you can also place your order as a guest. But, we suggest you to register for membership, it is free and every time you shop with us you will be in no need to enter all the details and can available attractive offers & discounts.
